Pay Rate: 11.22ph

• Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
• Premium overtime rates of an additional £1 per hour

Lynwood house is a 10 bed service where we support individuals with physical difficulties and mental health. Our aim is to provide great quality care and support and we pride ourselves on promoting independence and supporting people to lead as fulfilling a life as possible; this includes support in daily needs, personal care, activities in the home and accessing the community, maintaining relations with family and friends, and making memories.

Throughout a typical day, you'll help our residents with the everyday challenges of washing, dressing, and eating. Crucially, enabling them to carry out tasks, chores, and hobbies that most people take for granted but are meaningful for your client. You'll be out and about, enjoying life together and no single day will be the same. A big part of your role will be supporting people to do their favourite things and try new activities.

Some of the activities we do are:

• Swimming
• Cooking
• Bowling
• Visiting the zoo

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our experienced and friendly team, on a part time basis, full training and thorough induction will be provided. Hours can be flexible to, but we work to meet service and individuals. We currently work a variety of shifts which allows us to provide person centred support and continuity to those supported at Cote House.
