Lead Nurse

A Good CQC rated GP Surgery in Grimsby (Lincolnshire) is looking to hire a Lead Nurse on a permanent basis. The practice is ideally looking for full-time but would also consider part-time applicants (at a minimum of 28 hours p/week). The successful candidate will possess General Practice and leadership experience. Day to day duties include: Cytology, Diabetes, Women's Health, HRT Advice/Checks, Family Planning and more. Experience in leading a team is desirable though training and support is available if this will be your first supervisory role and you are looking to take the next step in your career. You will have the opportunity to receive supervision and mentorship. A prescribing qualification would be advantageous but not essential. Pay will be reflective of experience and qualification.
