HR Advisor | Spire Hull and East Riding | Full time - 6 months Fixed Term Contract | 37.5 hours per week | Competitive Salary

Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital are looking to recruit an experienced HR advisor to join our fantastic and dynamic team, on a Full Time 6-month Fixed Term basis. Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities in the hospital.

At Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital, you will be working closely with the on-site HR Advisor and supporting the People Business Partner. You may be required to travel to other sites in-line with business needs.

There is flexibility around the hours of work and both part time and full-time options will be considered for the right candidate

Duties and responsibilities:
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the business with advice and guidance on aspects of HR to colleagues and managers. Working with your People Business Partner, you will support the delivery of the local people strategy and projects.

You will be an advocate for wellbeing, coaching and guiding managers on all people-related matters in line with policy, legislation and best practice. There will also be the opportunity to be involved with corporate HR projects and initiatives.

Who we're looking for:
- Driving licence is required for the role and ability to have business-use car insurance.
- 3+ years' experience as HR Advisor or equivalent HR role.
- Experience in recruitment and selection, including interviewing experience.
- Experience in on boarding and inducting new starters.
- Experience in using SharePoint, or equivalent Cloud-based filing system.
- Good standard of general education to enable adequate grammatical and written skills.
- CIPD Level 3,5,7 Desirable
